5.3. Any additional installation requirements beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6. Warranty
6.1. Stealth Defenders offers a limited warranty on its products for 12 months warranty Period. Details of the warranty coverage will be provided with the product.
6.2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or external factors beyond our control.
7. Liability
7.1. Stealth Defenders are not liable for any direct, indirect, injury or incidental, consequential damages arising from the use of its products and Services.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or Service giving rise to any claim.
8. Cancellation and Returns
8.1. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to a cancellation fee of £80 plus vat at the prevailing rate
8.2. Products may be returned within 48 hrs, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
8.3. Customised or bespoke products are non-refundable.
